 Your life offers two kinds of challenges—the first group is within your control, and the second isn’t. Stop fighting with those not in your control, so you have good energy to focus on the controllable.

Recognize that every person is resilient in a unique way. Instead of asking if I am resilient, ask how I am resilient?

Just as the trees bend toward the light, spend more time with the people who are the source of love and light in your life.

Your heart serves blood to itself to serve the body. Serve kindness to the self, to be kind to the world.  

Embrace the simplicity and innocence you had as a child to find more joy in the world.

Shovel negative thoughts to the side today to free your life’s driveway. Focus on what’s important, actionable, and time sensitive. 

 

I pray you find hope and healing today.
